We’re seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to join our team. As a Delivery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting teams to deliver exceptional software solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives.<\/p>\n

You should have extensive experience working with end-to-end delivery teams, empowering them to deliver software products that align with business objectives. You should also possess a deep understanding of agile and lean delivery principles and be adept at applying them using various methodologies.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities of the Delivery Lead:<\/h3>\n

  • Team Empowerment:<\/strong> Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and make informed decisions.<\/li>\n
  • Agile Leadership:<\/strong> Champion agile methodologies and principles, such as Scrum and Kanban, to drive efficient and effective delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Delivery Assurance:<\/strong> Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Stakeholder Management:<\/strong> Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and addressing concerns.<\/li>\n
  • Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> Continuously assess delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills and Experience: (8 – 10 years)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • Deep Understanding of Agile and Lean:<\/strong> Possess a strong understanding of agile and lean principles and be able to effectively apply them in various contexts, advocating for their adoption within and outside the team.<\/li>\n

    • Cohesive Delivery Approach:<\/strong> Collaborate with the team to develop a unified delivery strategy and transparently communicate progress.<\/li>\n
    • Fostering Collaboration:<\/strong> Promote collaboration, prioritization, and visibility among extended delivery teams.<\/li>\n
    • Iterative and Continuous Delivery:<\/strong> Champion iterative development and continuous delivery practices.<\/li>\n
    • Multidisciplinary Team Experience:<\/strong> Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.<\/li>\n
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Experience working across multiple teams to gain a holistic understanding of dependencies and impacts.<\/li>\n
    • Risk Management:<\/strong> Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.<\/li>\n
    • Technical Understanding:<\/strong> Possess a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the solution, including architecture and implementation details.<\/li>\n
    • Strong Facilitation Skills:<\/strong> Facilitate effective team interactions, both in-person and remotely, to drive productive outcomes.<\/li>\n
    • Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> Drive a culture of continuous improvement, working with teams and stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n
    • End-to-End Delivery:<\/strong> Guide projects from inception to implementation, including engagement with business change and operational teams.<\/li>\n
